托儿所心肺复苏和急救要求
First Aid & CPR Peru
Peru的要求
In Peru, caregivers in early-childhood services must hold accredited training in pediatric first aid and pediatric CPR, within the framework set by MIDIS, MINEDU and municipal authorities. Municipal operating licenses require a contingency plan approved by Civil Defense (INDECI), with trained first-responders present at all times, and occupational health and safety Law 29783 reinforces this duty. In practice, certification is kept current by renewing it every two years.
过敏性休克与药物给药
Early-childhood rules do not specifically regulate anaphylaxis, and in Peru adrenaline (epinephrine) is dispensed only as prescription ampoules, with no auto-injectors available in the country. Managing a severe allergic reaction therefore falls to the facility and the wider health system: the sound practice is to document each child's allergies, obtain written parental authorization to give any prescribed medication, and store it safely within easy reach.

不要等到续期那天
When a child is choking or a heart stops, the first minutes are decided by whoever is in the room, not by whoever arrives later. Training in first aid and pediatric CPR gives staff the calm and the technique to act with confidence, and it gives families the assurance that their children are in prepared hands. A recognized, standards-based certification meets the requirement and, above all, means being ready on the day it truly counts.
